Our Company collects your personal data which is required for the registration form completion and your participation in the Event including but not limited your name, email address, phone number, country and the company you are representing, and in some cases financial details for payment will be collected and processed by us or third party payment services provider in order to organize such Event and manage your participation as further detailed in the Event’s Terms and Conditions.
We also may collect personal data while certain sessions and/or social functions during the Event are photographed and/or filmed and/or web streamed for the purpose of further use of these photos and video recordings for the minutes of Event/meeting, news, promotional purposes, future marketing materials, illustration, information and dissemination activities via Company’s own websites or inclusion on Company’s social media pages which may process personal data according to their own policies.
We guarantee to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data. All information is stored on our secure servers. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input on the Site. In case of your registration application rejection by Company as the Hosting Organization, your personal data is deleted not later than the following 24 hours.

We can share the personal data obtained with third party online providers for marketing or statistical purposes if you give us the specific consent for this. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
