Bilal Muftuoglu

Bilal Muftuoglu is the head of dry bulk research at Howe Robinson Partners. He manages a team that provides regular updates on global seaborne trade flows and supply of bulker carriers from a shipbroker perspective alongside projections on dry bulk supply and demand. His prior work experience includes over five years of commodity market analysis, including on grains and oilseeds. Bilal holds a Bachelor and Cum Laude Master’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from SciencesPo Paris.
